On-Demand Hub

The On-Demand Hub includes:​​​

  • Classes ranging from 15 minutes to 70 minutes to fit with all schedules

  • Classes suitable for all levels

  • New classes added every 4 weeks

Weekly Zoom Classes

Unlimited access to weekly Zoom classes​

Prefer to practice live classes at set times? Enjoy 3, 1 hour-long Zoom classes per week;

  • Tuesday - Vinyasa 3pm

  • Wednesday - Vinyasa 1.30pm

If the live timings don't fit your schedule, you will be sent the recordings to practice in your own time.
